BEVERLEY and Hull & Holderness ramblers' groups are inviting the public to join them on a summer walks programme.
Most walks are between three and six miles in length, they are free and open to Ramblers' Association members and non-members. There is no need to book, just turn up 10 to 15 minutes before the start time, with waterproofs and walking shoes.

Tuesday 17, meet at Hull Bridge, Tickton, five miles, 7pm, leader Jim Tulloch.

Tuesday 24, meet at Welton A63 footbridge car park, five miles, 7pm, leader Colin Clark.

Sunday 29, meet at Kiplingcotes Station, Hudson Way, Goodmanham Dale, 10am for six miles or 1pm for four miles, leader Dany Wlodarczyk.

July

Tuesday 1, meet Brandesburton near post office, six miles, 7pm, leader Mike Jackson.

Wednesday 2, meet Wednesday Market Place, three miles, leader Dennis Parker.

Tuesday 8, meet at Hull, Timber Dock pub car park, Victoria Dock, 7pm, five miles, leader Jim Tulloch.

Tuesday 15, meet at Kingswood Cinema car park, five miles, 7pm, leader Sylvia Boardley.

Tuesday 22, meet A165 Skirlaugh to Coniston Road, Hornsea rail trail, five miles, 7pm, leader Colin Clark.

Tuesday 29, meet at Cottingham Green car park, five miles, 7pm, leader Jill Moore.

Wednesday 30, meet at Brough Haven car park, five miles, 7pm, leader K Hood.

August

Wednesday 6, meet Skidby Mill car park, six miles, 10am, pub lunch afterwards, leader Jean Cavill.

Sunday 24, meet Whitwell-on-the-Hill church to north of A64, 10 miles, 10.30am, leader Ted Ball.
