Scarborough Athletic to await FA and Northern Premier League advice on player wages

Chairman Trevor Bull said: "The players were paid today (Friday) by BACS for the previous game.

"We will await further advice and instruction from the FA and the Northern Premier League going forward.

"This is a tricky time for clubs at all levels, particularly non league."

Clubs across the non league are struggling, with Nantwich Town announcing they have laid off their players and staff amidst the financial worries surrounding the suspension of football until a later date.
