Roma joined Boro in September and is delighted with the support he received.
He said: "The fans have been brilliant since I arrived, they were top drawer when i was last here but obviously the crowds have grown massively since then.

The defender, who went off with an injury during the first half of Boro's loss at Witton on Saturday, returns to his parent club following an injury at third-placed Basford.
He added: "I'm happy to be returning to Basford and looking forward to catching up with the lads. A team-mate has suffered concussion so them recalling me was no surprise really."
The former Sheffield United player spoke about how former boss John Deacey helped him throughout his time at Scarborough.

"If you look back at some of our games we could have picked up victories, at Grantham we had 12 or 13 shots and still managed to lose and this was the case at other games.
"Individual mistakes cost us as a team and this is disappointing. I guess we just didn't have the roll of the dice."
