DRIFFIELD Rec bowlers hosted a prestigious match on their green on Monday when the Yorkshire President's Team took on opposition in the form of a touring representative team drawn from bowling clubs all over England.
The current Yorkshire President, Geoff Burnell, is a playing member of Driffield Rec and the game was held to raise monies which will be donated to the local lifeboat.
