Delays hit the 'Have-a-Go'

THE weather continues to play havoc with Driffield CC's ever-popular 'Have-a-Go' cricket cup which was scheduled to complete last Friday.
The last of the quarter final ties between Crown Catchers and the present holders Mariners was hopefully being played last night (Tuesday) with the semi finals pencilled in for tonight, between the winners of Crown and Mariners, and Keith Taylor’s XI, and Spread Eagle v Driffield Rangers.

If all goes well and the weather relents, the final of the John Duggleby Homes sponsored competition will take place at the Rec on Thursday evening.
