THREE coaches at Wolds Way to Health have qualified as boxercise instructors.
Helen Iveson, Martin Green and Sarah Pilny are now offering classes to members. James Iveson, director of Wolds Way to Health on Cranwell Road, said: “They have all qualified as boxercise instructors, which obviously we’re immensely proud of. They are all really good teachers.

“And as a result they are teaching boxercise to club members and it’s really taken off.

“It’s just loved by everybody. It’s non contact, just a pad session and a fun, enjoyable way of working out, for all abilities, all ages, shapes and sizes in an enjoyable well instructed atmosphere.

“And it adds to a variety of things we provide as a club.”
