A diversion is in place following a crash on the A64.

Officers are currently dealing with a crash on the westbound carriageway of the A64.

All traffic travelling on the A64 westbound carriageway is being diverted via Huttons Ambo.

The eastbound carriageway remains open, with police asking the public to "please proceed with care".
