It would seem to me that some people spend all their time trying to hold Driffield back
Anything new and they are against it.

I have lived at Cranswick for 14 years and for the last two years here in Driffield.

The great but silent majority of Driffielders want to see the cattle market site cleared up and re-used with better shops so that they can do their main shop here and support the town traders at the same time.

Driffield has grown tremendously during the time that I have lived in the district and I believe that it will continue to grow. If it is to live up to the title Capital of the Wolds then there is a need to accept new things and welcome the challenges of change.

Eric Marshall, of Taylors Field, Driffield
