A CONCERT in honour of Remembrance Day is to take place in Bridlington.
BBC pianist Vincent Billington and violinist Phillip Mindenhall will give a concert at St John's Burlington Methodist Church, on St John's Road from 12.30pm on Tuesday November 10.

The duo will pay homage to Remembrance Day by playing some live classical music and giving a selection of poetry readings.

Although much of it will contain music such as Pack Up Your Troubles and Keep the Home Fires Burning, audiences will also hear the ever popular Roses of Picardy and the famous piano solo, Remembrance.

Admission is £4 and a sandwich lunch is available from 11.30am.
