NAFFERTON farming firm Scholes are to host a special cookery demonstration showcasing their distinctive vegetable produce during the York Festival of Food and Drink.
Celebrity chef Rachel Green will be using some of the company's new produce within the magnificent setting of York Guildhall as part of a Chef's Produce Day.
The event is exclusive to selected guests from the industry and local foodies and will give people an opportunity to meet the Scholes team.
A buffet lunch will be offered, showcasing local produce and will also include some of Scholes' new vegetable lines.
The event will take place on September 22.
