Tea party in Lund wedding venue

A TEA party held at Lund has raised more than £300 for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
A wedding marquee provided the venue for the fundraiser after Mr and Mrs Hall, of The Green, Lund, decided to use it the day after their daughter's wedding.
Julie Pickering, co-ordinator of Driffield's Marie Curie Cancer Care support group, said the event was a great success and raised £328.
Mrs Pickering would like to thank all those who attended and offered their support, especially Mr and Mrs Hall.
The next fundraising event will be a tombola stall at Driffield Show on July 16 and the support group are appealing for donations of prizes.
